Laundromat By Me ("we") operates laundromatbyme.com. This policy describes what we collect and how it's used.

What we collect

• Forms: when you submit a pickup request, listing claim, or contact form, we receive what you typed (name, contact details, message) and the page you sent it from. We use it to respond and, for pickup requests, to connect you with a laundry service in your area. We do not sell this information.
• Location: the "near me" feature uses your browser's location only in your browser, to sort laundromats by distance. Your coordinates are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
• Analytics & advertising: we may use privacy-respecting analytics and serve ads (e.g., Google AdSense). Ad providers may use cookies as described in their own policies; you can opt out of personalized ads at Google Ads Settings.

Third-party links

Listings link to external websites and map services (e.g., Google Maps for directions). Some links to laundry services are affiliate or partner links, meaning we may earn a commission if you use them — at no extra cost to you.
