When self-service is clearly right
- You're particular about products, temperatures, or how things are folded.
- Delicates, technical fabrics, or anything you'd cry about shrinking.
- Small, frequent loads — minimums make drop-off inefficient under ~10 lb.
- You genuinely don't mind it. A laundromat hour with a podcast is cheap therapy.
When drop-off or delivery is clearly right

Three questions to ask any wash & fold counter
